This last week, I turned 23. It was a major milestone. It feels Like, Up until now, we were kids trying to fit in the Adult worlds. Now It feels, like out of nowhere, with no warnings, I am an adult and have a ton of shit to do, with no time to myself. I want to figure that feeling out by the next week. Also, In this upcoming week, some plans changed. I am shifting to pune in June 2024 for my CAT prep and for that moving, I gave to go and get my admissions done along with my living options sorted out. So, I will be in pune, this weekend. To the point of sleep, I havent had any for the last week due to a lot of reasons. I finally finished my first ever freelance project and now am waiting for its approval. I started posting regularly on my Anime, Main, Study with me and The golden Talisman Instagrams, to check them out, click the links at the end of this newsletter.

Check out my youtube channel for the same. I am still on the Feel good productivity by ali abdaal. It is a good read, I just have a lot on my plate to deal with. I will finish that book no matter what, this week.
Weekly Revelations That Caught My Attention
Continuing from the last week’s Issue, I was researching on How playing in your work like Richard Feynman did, I found out, at least six Nobel Prize winners attribute their success to play. James Watson and Francis Crick, who discovered the structure of DNA in the 1950s, described the generative process they used to come up with the structure as 'constructing a set of molecular models and beginning to play'. Alexander Fleming, the scientist who discovered the antibiotic penicillin, once described his job as 'playing with microbes'. Donna Strickland, the 2018 Nobel laureate in Physics, described her career as 'getting to play with high-intensity lasers'. Konstantin Novoselov, who shared the 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics for helping discover graphene, put it most simply: 'If you try to win the Nobel, you won't,' he reflected. 'The way we were working really was quite playful.' This approach is supported by a growing body of research. Psychologists increasingly believe that play holds the key to true productivity, partly because it provides a sense of psychological relief. As one recent study put it: 'the psychological function of play is to restore the physically and mentally fatigued individual through participation in activity which is pleasurable and relaxing.
Quote of the week.
